CloudBackers now has over a dozen customers who are benefiting from Cloud backup and recovery solutions we’ve customized for them. We hope to grow that number before the end of the year. We are humbled by the trust our customers have placed in us and continue to be obsessed with their success. We are also very thankful for the continued support from our friends and partners. Being useful is awesome.
With the recent publicity regarding protection of data and hacking it’s more important than ever to, not only, encrypt our customer’s data but to provide them with their own encryption keys. This is truly the best way for data to be safe. We’ve found that many of the well known consumer backup applications being sold as enterprise solutions, don’t allow the customer to own their own keys and this is not acceptable.
One bit of feedback that we continue to get is that people are surprised at how affordable Cloud based alternatives can be. Our backup solutions start at less than ten cents per GB per month. Adding recovery to offsite backup also can be very affordable.
We’re very excited about our expanded Cloud based file sharing offerings including Code42’s new SharePlan. It’s a great way to share documents in a private, protected and easy to use manner. Trials for all of our products are free and without commitment. If you are uncomfortable about the way your data is currently being shared, we’ve got some great ways to solve this problem.
